Red Oak Valley boasts an impressive portfolio of wedding and event venues, each with its unique ambiance. Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Owensville, MO, Red Oak Valley's portfolio of venues are ideal for couples desiring the best wedding experience.

The Project

The owners of Red Oak Valley needed a cohesive and branded social media identity paired with a strategy and core messaging. They also desired a user-friendly and elevated website that displayed the uniqueness of each venue, while being comprehensive.

The Results

BRANDING: It was important for each Red Oak Valley venue to have its own verbal and visual brand identity. Therefore, we expanded the Red Oak Valley branding suite and designed logos and branding assets for each venue, Red Barn, White Barn, and Stoney Ridge, that resonated with couples looking for a wedding experience like no other.

SOCIAL MEDIA: We also delivered a comprehensive Social Media Playbook that empowered the Red Oak Valley team to manage their social media easily. We constructed a blueprint custom to the Red Oak Valley audience, from voice, tone, and visual identity to content pillars, distribution strategies, and audience targeting recommendations.

WEBSITE: Our hard work culminated in a website and three micro-sites, each focused on a venue in the ROV portfolio. User experience was paramount as the HALCON team wove brand messaging through every page, and the site was intuitive and easy to navigate. The website had to be comprehensive and not confusing, so we stretched our copywriting muscle to deliver a compelling, clear, and memorable website.
